Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours after an order is placed for a full refund.

After that period of time, I will do my best to accommodate you, but please note that it may no longer be possible to cancel your order at that moment (for example, if I have already started processing or packaging your order).

Return & Exchange Policy

I want you to be happy with your artwork!

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt with images showing the issue, and I will work with you to make it right.

Depending on the issue or the item, I may offer you a replacement, repair, or other solution that will satisfy you.

Change of mind?

If you have a change of mind, I do not accept returns but I can offer you an exchange or a store credit if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• You must contact me within 4 days of receipt explaining the reason why you would like to exchange it;

• I must approve the exchange and we must come to an exchange agreement before you send your order back;

• The artwork must be sent back to me in its original condition, and in its whole original packaging - I reserve the right to deduct an amount from your credit in the event that the item is not returned to me in compliance with these conditions;

• You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Once I receive the artwork back in pristine condition, I will contact you within 48 hours. Please note that the original shipping costs are neither refundable nor creditable. Depending on the agreement we will have previously concluded, I will either issue a store credit of equal value to your original order (less shipping costs), or send you a replacement. If the replacement is of lesser value, you will be issued a store credit towards a future purchase. If the replacement is of greater value, I will send you an invoice for the difference (invoice must be paid in full before the replacement is sent to you). The delivery costs of the replacement will also be at your expense.

Sales Taxes

For orders shipped to a Canadian address, sales taxes will be calculated and added to the total at checkout.

Gifts

Sending as a gift to a loved one? I can happily have a personalized gift note from you included in the package!
Immediately after placing your order, please simply contact me and provide your order number and gift note, and I will happily take care of the rest!
Please however note that I can unfortunately not offer custom gift wrapping at this time, sorry.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure that you provide the accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Please also double-check your shipping address in the order confirmation email you will receive after placing your order.

If you realize there is an error in the shipping address, please contact me immediately.

Please note that address changes are NO LONGER POSSIBLE once an order has been prepared for shipment.

Please understand that I cannot be held responsible for any issues due to an incorrect address.

If the package is returned to me by the postal services, I will contact you to arrange reshipping. You will need to confirm the new address, and I will send you an invoice for the reshipping cost.
